I think I am going to keep track of what I eat, too. Not to loose weight but to cut down on sugar so a don’t get diabetes. I eat sugar CONSTANTLY and that’s very bad.
So does that mean less chocolate from the basket in the front room at our house? Hmmmm….
No, really, I think that’s a good goal. Sugar in moderation is much more healthy. And the less refined that sugar is, the better for your body. Go for it!
